Ryan joined MAXSON in 2018 as Project Manager, and has previously served as Operations Manager (2020), and Vice President (2022), before becoming President in July of 2025.
As President, Ryan is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, and oversees its operations and organizational performance. He leads initiatives that support MAXSON’s continued growth, while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Before joining MAXSON, Ryan spent 18 years in capital equipment manufacturing. His experience includes electrical controls, custom industrial web-handling equipment, manufacturing operations, production planning, process improvement, quality, safety, and team development.
Ryan earned an Associate in Science degree in Electrical Technology from New England Institute of Technology in 1999. Today he can often be found volunteering at the WARM Center in Westerly, enjoying time with family, or playing soccer as a goalkeeper.
