Penetrating Breaker Roll Decurl Design

  • Large-diameter king rolls: Minimize reintroduction of curl prior to sheeter infeed.
  • Differential-diameter breaker rolls: Mounted on a deflection-free crossmember, dual easy-to-adjust breaker rolls provide precise decurling from lightweight papers to heavy board grades.
  • Bidirectional adjustment: Corrects both “coated side in” and “coated side out” curl conditions.
