MAXSON AUTOMATIC MACHINERY COMPANY now offers an Extended Service Plan, providing coverage for preventative maintenance, Operator training, and comprehensive mechanical or electrical audits.

With the Extended Service Plan, Customers lock in the current field service rates and secure technician visits over a three-year period.

Terms and Conditions

  • Each service visit includes up to 40 hours, inclusive of travel time.
  • Customer responsible for travel expenses for all three visits.
  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to schedule with MAXSON Customer Service.
  • All visits must be completed within 30 months of the initial visit.
  • Scheduling visits require Customer’s account is current.
