With the Extended Service Plan, Customers lock in the current field service rates and secure technician visits over a three-year period.

Terms and Conditions
- Each service visit includes up to 40 hours, inclusive of travel time.
- Customer responsible for travel expenses for all three visits.
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to schedule with MAXSON Customer Service.
- All visits must be completed within 30 months of the initial visit.
- Scheduling visits require Customer’s account is current.
