Able to run a single web of grades as light as 10# paper or multiple rolls for greater production, the sheeter can produce between 9″ – 24″ (228 – 610 mm) lengths. Equipped with a slitter rig, an incoming web can be slit into as many as seven streams to produce multiple pile service across the width of the sheeter.
The sheeter is available in widths up to 65″ (1651 mm). Outfitted with cut to register capability, it cuts a single web of preprinted material to within an accuracy of +0.006″ (+ 0.15 mm) of a printed mark.
A jogging table efficiently accumulates the sheeted wax paper. The sheeter can be equipped with an automatic ream removal system or a count initiated manual off loading design that slows to a discharge speed as it reaches a preset quantity and then resumes normal operating speed.
