The MSS Sheeter is available in widths up to 57″ (1447 mm). Outfitted with a slitter rig, it can produce finished custom sizes in multiple piles. Incorporating an automatic squaring feature and electronic sheet length control that maintains + 0.015″ (+ 0.381 mm) accuracy, size changes require less than 2 minutes.
Because cleanliness of the material is such an important consideration, dust collecting systems are incorporated within the sheeter design at the point of slitting and cutting the web to combat any contaminants. Special synthetic tapes intended to allow for easy cleaning are used. Another dust collecting unit cleans the sheet as it is delivered from the cutter to the stacker.
