The MAXSON DFK Sheeter is a rugged, heavy duty sheeting machine that offers high production output, provides an Operator friendly foot print and delivers precisely stacked skids. Self loading shaftless unwind stands quickly and efficiently position paper rolls in place behind the sheeter. An easily threaded carrier system conveys webs wrinkle free to the multi positioned decurling system that insures flat, unmarked sheets.
The DFK Sheeter uses an exclusive ‘tapes over the pile’ design that is integrated into the unifying frame that positions the stacker’s front stops automatically when the delivery system’s overlap carriage is set. Using a combination of de-ionized air, tapes that guide light weight fine paper into the stacker, vibratory side jogging and an adjustable automatic feed down sensor, skids of paper resemble blocks of ice that can be fed into a printing press with no secondary operations required.
